Owner Ron Fairless, a 3rd generation Las Vegas native, is a hands-on owner, personally overseeing all projects from design through final construction. As a full-service design and build company, Fairless Homes will take your project from dream to reality. Our team works from architectural drawings to interior and exterior design to engineering. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality craftsmanship, while staying on time and within budget. Our project manager works with you every step of the way, including the selection of all products and materials (i.e. appliances, fixtures, finishes) and coordinating all purchases and installation.
